We offer reliable, fully tracked shipping across Canada through Canada Post.

• Xpresspost delivers in approximately 2–3 business days

• Expedited Parcel takes approximately 3–5 business days

We also offer free local pickup from our Toronto location — just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.

We do offer exchanges under limited circumstances:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Exchanges are accepted only for the same item in a different size, or if the product arrived defective or damaged.
• You must email us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
